Bersatunews Jakarta – Pada hari ini, Bawaslu Kota Bekasi memasuki tahap pemeriksaan terhadap dugaan pelanggaran netralitas Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN). Pemeriksaan dilakukan menyusul adanya foto pamer “jersey” nomor punggung 2 yang dianggap sebagai dukungan terhadap pasangan calon presiden-calon wakil presiden nomor urut 2, Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka. Dalam rangka mengungkap kebenaran, tiga orang camat dari wilayah berbeda akan dipanggil untuk klarifikasi, menjadi sorotan utama Bawaslu Kota Bekasi.

Hari ini, Bawaslu telah memeriksa dua camat dari Pondok Gede dan Jatiasih. Koordinator Divisi Penanganan Pelanggaran Bawaslu Kota Bekasi, Muhammad Sodikin, mengungkapkan bahwa pemeriksaan akan dilanjutkan besok. “Besok kami akan klarifikasi lagi kemungkinan tiga orang camat. Besok itu kami mengundang Camat Bantargebang, Rawalumbu, dan Pondok Melati,” ujarnya di Gedung Bawaslu, Bekasi Selatan.

Pemeriksaan terhadap tiga camat ini dijadwalkan dimulai pukul 10.00 WIB, dengan durasi sekitar 2 jam untuk setiap camat. Namun, Sodikin juga menyebutkan kemungkinan pemeriksaan terhadap Penjabat (Pj) Walikota Bekasi, Raden Gani Muhamad, yang masuk dalam daftar terlapor. Meskipun begitu, Bawaslu akan lebih dulu memfokuskan pemeriksaan pada para ASN yang terlibat dalam memamerkan jersey nomor 2.

Sebelumnya, telah diinformasikan bahwa 13 orang, termasuk Pj Walikota Bekasi Raden Gani, Pimpinan Cabang BJB Kota Bekasi, dan Kepala Satpol PP, akan menjalani pemeriksaan. Mereka berpotensi menghadapi pidana penjara selama satu tahun jika terbukti melanggar Undang-Undang Pemilu Pasal 280 Ayat 2 yang mengatur tentang kampanye pemilu.

Sebagai latar belakang, unggahan akun @txtdrbekasu memperlihatkan sejumlah ASN Pemkot Bekasi yang memamerkan jersey dengan nomor punggung 2. Warganet menilai tindakan tersebut sebagai bentuk dukungan terhadap pasangan calon nomor urut 2. Bawaslu berkomitmen untuk menyelidiki kasus ini secara menyeluruh, memberikan keyakinan bahwa proses pemeriksaan yang dilakukan akan mengungkap kebenaran dan menjaga netralitas ASN selama periode pemilu.
