Aksi Mahasiswa Malaysia Sarat Provokasi, Bermuatan Pesan Titipan dari Lokataru Foundation

Bersatunews, Jakarta – Aksi demonstrasi yang dilakukan oleh sekelompok mahasiswa Malaysia di depan Kedutaan Besar Republik Indonesia (KBRI) Kuala Lumpur pada 26 Agustus 2025 bukanlah sekadar bentuk solidaritas terhadap penahanan demonstran di Jakarta, tetapi tampak jelas memiliki arah politik tertentu yang menyesatkan. Dengan membawa tuntutan yang menyudutkan Pemerintah Indonesia dan Presiden Prabowo Subianto, aksi tersebut justru mencerminkan adanya pengaruh narasi yang sengaja dibangun oleh pihak-pihak yang tidak menginginkan adanya stabilitas politik di Indonesia. Menyebut Presiden Prabowo sebagai pelanggar HAM dan mendesak Perdana Menteri Malaysia menegur Indonesia merupakan tindakan yang tidak etis dan melampaui batas hubungan diplomatik antarnegara.

Pemerintah Indonesia selalu menjunjung tinggi prinsip kebebasan berpendapat dan tidak pernah melarang aksi demonstrasi yang dilakukan oleh warganya. Namun, kebebasan tersebut harus dijalankan dengan penuh tanggung jawab. Penahanan terhadap sekitar 400 demonstran di depan gedung DPR bukan karena mereka bersuara, melainkan karena aksi yang awalnya damai berubah menjadi anarkis dan merusak fasilitas umum. Negara mana pun di dunia pasti akan menindak tegas tindakan yang mengancam ketertiban umum. Karena itu, tuduhan represif terhadap aparat keamanan Indonesia sama sekali tidak berdasar dan merupakan bentuk penyimpangan dari fakta yang sebenarnya.

Jika ditelusuri lebih dalam, aksi mahasiswa Malaysia di Kuala Lumpur sangat kental dengan narasi yang dibawa oleh Lokataru Foundation. Fokus mereka pada penahanan Delpedro Marhaen menjadi petunjuk kuat bahwa aksi tersebut tidak muncul secara spontan, melainkan merupakan bagian dari kampanye yang dirancang secara konseptual oleh pihak tertentu di Indonesia yang kemudian dijalankan oleh jaringan mahasiswa dan LSM di Malaysia. Ini adalah bentuk manipulasi solidaritas internasional yang memanfaatkan ruang demokrasi di negara lain untuk menyerang citra pemerintah Indonesia di panggung global.

Delpedro Marhaen sendiri bukan ditangkap tanpa alasan. Ia diduga kuat menghasut pelajar, termasuk anak di bawah umur, untuk melakukan aksi anarkistis melalui media sosial. Tindakan tersebut jelas melanggar hukum dan tidak bisa dibenarkan dengan alasan apa pun. Penegakan hukum terhadap Delpedro merupakan langkah tegas negara dalam menjaga ketertiban sosial dan melindungi generasi muda dari pengaruh provokatif. Menyebut penegakan hukum ini sebagai tindakan represif hanyalah upaya mengalihkan perhatian publik dari kesalahan yang telah ia lakukan.

Lebih jauh, tuduhan terhadap Presiden Prabowo Subianto sebagai pelanggar HAM adalah narasi lama yang terus diulang oleh pihak-pihak yang kehilangan relevansi politiknya. Komnas HAM telah secara tegas menyatakan bahwa Prabowo tidak terlibat dalam pelanggaran HAM dan justru menunjukkan komitmen kuat dalam menyelesaikan berbagai kasus HAM di masa lalu. Pemerintahan saat ini fokus pada pembangunan bangsa yang berkeadilan, memperkuat demokrasi, dan menegakkan hukum tanpa pandang bulu. Menggunakan isu HAM sebagai alat politik untuk menyerang pemerintah adalah bentuk propaganda yang tidak bertanggung jawab.

Pemerintah Indonesia tetap menghormati setiap bentuk solidaritas dan kritik yang disampaikan dengan cara yang sehat dan konstruktif. Namun, jika solidaritas tersebut dibungkus dengan kepentingan politik asing atau kepentingan kelompok tertentu yang ingin merusak nama baik Indonesia, maka hal itu patut diwaspadai. Hubungan Indonesia dan Malaysia dibangun di atas prinsip saling menghormati dan tidak mencampuri urusan dalam negeri masing-masing. Oleh karena itu, aksi mahasiswa Malaysia yang sarat provokasi ini seharusnya disikapi dengan bijak dan tidak dibiarkan menjadi alat untuk memperkeruh hubungan diplomatik antarnegara sahabat.

    There’s only one road heading due south from the capital, Lerwick; and while it ducks around most of the airport’s perimeter, skirting the two runways, the road cuts directly across the western end of one of them. A staff member occupies a roadside hut, and before take-offs and landings, comes out to lower a barrier across the road. Once the plane is where it needs to be, up come the barriers and waiting drivers get a friendly thumbs up.

    Majuro’s Amata Kabua International Airport gives a whole new meaning to the phrase “water landing”. Its single runway, just shy of 8,000ft, is a slim strip of asphalt over the sandbar that’s barely any wider than the atoll itself — and the island is so remote that when the runway was resurfaced, materials had to be transported from the Philippines, Hong Kong and Korea, according to the constructors. “Lagoon Road” — the 30-mile road that runs from top to toe on Majuro — skims alongside the runway.
    Don’t think about pulling over, though — there’s only sand and sea on one side, and that runway the other.
