Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan menggelar sidang pendahuluan untuk menyimpulkan penyidikan empat pihak dalam kasus BTS 4G Kominfo

Bersatunews. Jakarta – Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Jakarta Selatan pada Senin (15/14/15) akan menggelar sidang gugatan praperadilan yang diajukan Lembaga Kejaksaan dan Penegakan Hukum (LP3HI) terhadap Kementerian Kehakiman (Kejagung) dan Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK).

Agustus 2023). Kementerian Kehakiman mengajukan gugatan dengan tuduhan bahwa menara dan infrastruktur Base Transceiver Station (BTS) 4G 1 2 3 4 5 menghalangi empat pihak yang terlibat kasus korupsi dalam proyek tersebut.

Dugaan korupsi proyek senilai miliaran rupiah ditangani oleh Departemen Komunikasi dan Informatika (Kmenkominfo) Badan Akses Informasi dan Komunikasi (BAKTI) periode 2020-2022.

Tiga perkara dengan klasifikasi proses hukum hasil penyidikan ini tercatat oleh LP3HI pada 21 Juli 2023 dalam NO.79/Pid.Pra/2023/PN JKT/JKT/JKT.2023/PN JKT/JKT21. Dan 80 hilang .Pra/2023/PN JKT.SEL. Pra/2023/PN JKT.SEL.

Sesuai jadwal sidang pendahuluan pertama akan digelar pada Senin (31/7/2023). Namun karena kejaksaan dan KPK tidak hadir dalam sidang pertama sidang yang dipimpin hakim tunggal Hendra Uttam Sudaru itu ditunda.

Panggilan kepada para terdakwa dan terdakwa dalam jadwal sidang yang dikutip dari Sistem Informasi Pelacakan Perkara Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan (SIPP) pada Minggu (13/8/2023). Masalah no. 79/Pid.Pra/2023/PN JKT.SEL LP3HI menduga kejaksaan menutup penyidikan terhadap Menteri Pemuda dan Olahraga (Minpura) Tito Ariotidejo.

Sementara itu Tito sempat diperiksa kejaksaan terkait fitur pengamanan proyek BTS 4G Kominfo. Kemudian kasus no. 80/Pid.Pra/2023/PN JKT.SEL Kejaksaan Agung juga diduga tidak memeriksa Direktur PT Sansine Exindo Jamie Sudjiawan. Uang Rp 100 miliar diduga berasal dari Jimmy Chutjiawan yang empat kali diperiksa kejaksaan.

Bahkan ia juga dilarang pergi ke luar negeri. Juga kasus no. 81/Pid.Pra/2023/PN JKT.SEL diajukan LP3HI sebagai penangguhan penyidikan terhadap Nistra Johan dan Sadiq oleh Kejaksaan. Nestor dikenal sebagai anggota ahli Komite Pertama Republik Demokratik Kongo.

Sementara itu petugas berperan sebagai perantara untuk memberikan dana kepada oknum anggota Komisi Pembiayaan Tinggi (PPK). Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi juga sebagai tergugat karena Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi berperan mengusut skema-skema negara atas dugaan kerugian keuangan miliaran rupiah kepada pemerintah.

Kasus tersebut kini disidangkan oleh Pengadilan Tipikor Pusat (Tipikor) Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta. Ada enam terdakwa dalam proyek strategis nasional yang diduga merugikan kas negara sebesar Rp 8,032 triliun itu.

Mereka adalah mantan Menteri Komunikasi dan Informatika (Menkominfo) Johnny G Plate. Anang Achmad Latif (Bakti) mantan Ketua dan Direktur (Direktur) Badan Telekomunikasi dan Akses Informasi; dan Yohan Suryanto mantan Pakar Pembangunan Manusia di Universitas Indonesia (HUDEV).

Irwan Hermawan Komisaris PT Solitech Media Synergy saat itu; Presiden dan Direktur PT Mora Telematics Indonesia Galumbang Menak; Mukti Ali Director of Account Department Integrated Accounts PT Huawei Technology Investment Company.
