Bersatunews – Jakarta Pertamina Patra Niaga Ungkap Sederet Modus Penyelewengan BBM dan LPG Subsidi

Pertamina Patra Niaga mengungkapkan serangkaian modus penyelewengan Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) dan Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) subsidi yang merugikan negara. Dalam rapat dengar pendapat (RDP) dengan Komisi VII DPR RI di Jakarta Pusat pada Selasa (21/11), Direktur Utama Pertamina Patra Niaga, Riva Siahaan, mengurai strategi curang yang meliputi penggunaan bus pariwisata hingga taktik ‘helikopter’.

Riva Siahaan menjelaskan bahwa salah satu modus yang menjadi sorotan adalah pengisian ulang BBM subsidi oleh kendaraan yang sama dengan menggunakan pelat nomor dan QR code yang berbeda. “Kami juga menghadapi modus terbaru dengan menggunakan bus pariwisata. Pemalsuan dokumen pemerintah juga semakin marak, di mana nelayan dan petani menggunakan surat rekomendasi yang dipalsukan saat mengambil BBM subsidi dengan jeriken,” ungkapnya.

Pertamina Patra Niaga menegaskan komitmennya untuk mengawasi dan menindak tindakan penyelewengan ini bersama Badan Pengatur Hilir Minyak dan Gas Bumi (BPH Migas), dengan keterlibatan aparat penegak hukum. Dalam upaya pembersihan sistem, sebanyak 228 ribu pendaftar penerima BBM subsidi telah diblokir karena ketidaksesuaian data dengan Korps Lalu Lintas (Korlantas) Polri, meskipun statusnya sedang dicek oleh Samsat.

Riva juga menyebutkan bahwa 32 ribu pendaftar diblokir karena ketidaksesuaian data, dugaan pelanggaran aturan pengisian ulang yang berulang, serta adanya foto yang menunjukkan adanya kecurangan dalam data kendaraan.

Di sisi lain, Pertamina Patra Niaga juga mengungkap dua modus utama penyelewengan LPG 3 kg, gas subsidi dari pemerintah. Modus pertama melibatkan proses pemindahan produk dari skid tank ke skid tank, yang merupakan mobil tangki LPG. Sedangkan modus kedua, yang sering terjadi, adalah penyuntikan LPG 3 kg ke tabung gas non-subsidi.

“Beberapa kali kami berhasil mengidentifikasi dan menindak tindakan ilegal ini bersama-sama dengan aparat penegak hukum,” tegas Riva menutup penjelasannya.

Informasi terperinci tentang modus-modus ini membuka mata akan tingkat kompleksitas penyelewengan yang terjadi dalam penyaluran BBM dan LPG subsidi di Indonesia. Menyikapi hal ini, pemerintah diharapkan dapat mengambil langkah-langkah tegas untuk mengatasi masalah ini guna menjaga efisiensi dan keadilan dalam pendistribusian subsidi kepada masyarakat yang membutuhkan.
